We had some mushy bananas sitting around the house, so I decided to put together some last minute banana bread.  Not having a recipe for said banana bread, I of course scoured the web and then modified my own.
I substituted the 1 cup of sugar for 1/3 c brown sugar and 1/3 c white sugar and doubled the cinnamon.  I think next time I will add as much nutmeg and cut out even more sugar.  No point in making something 'healthy' that is loaded up with white sugar.
